I was in Alterac today and so people were talking about the fact that nobody plays Alliance anymore (in Chinese, to clarify), and someone mentioned a 'UT'.

What the heck is a 'UT'?

By the way WoW won't let me type Chinese characters; they all come out as ????.

I noticed that too, the alliance were complaining about this in AV...

UT is the chinese audio chat program that alliance use (need) in order to organize a team to fill AV... otherwise they stand little chance against hordes numbers.

Ah ok thanks. Wasn't there also an AV chat thing created for this purpose?

if you can't join UT team in AV, you will lose it for sure...

since i've downloaded UT and used it to get into organized groups, my experience really changed. Looks like the chinese found a very effective way to organize groups in channels or guilds.

With UT groups i farm 10k honor a day in my horde pvp server 战歌, by just playing 3-4 hours or something. Since most chinese people play UT nowadays, you will be placed within 'gaps' if you solo queu for AV matches. this means that because UT groups get full empty BG's the remaining gaps will be filled with people that aren't queuing up as a group.
