edit-- I noticed I that my "window tab" while reading my post shows whatever server your talking about correctly, but in the webpage it doesn't display properly---hmmm.

for some reason it just didn't translate for me correctly in the title-- i think it's the webpage?

Yeah, Chinese chars show up fine, but if you 'preview' it changes the characters into the unicode in the edit box. After that, my guess would be that it reads/saves the & as & so them that in turns screws up the unicode. You have to keep repasting the chinese back into the edit box so as not to get the chinese/unicode twice-distorted when submitting the comment to the site database.
