So, people have said that you can play a US patched version including WotLK on Chinese servers. Does that mean that you can access Wrath content and get to Northrend?

It seems that you can play with a client including WOTLK on the Chinese TBC servers.

You can play with Wotlk installed but you won't have acess to northrend,etc ...
