1. due to changes of talents, all player's talent tree has been reset. u can find ur trainer to learn new skills.
2. u can activate the item rack option from Interface to change ur gear set quickly.
3. all land mout can swim now. this does not apply to flying mount.
4. lvl 40 players can activate two talent system by spending certain amount of money.
5. new content in Halloween Achievement.
6. There is no more need to use the item when u change ur incriptions. like ur two talent systems, u now have two systems of incriptions. u can switch them as long as u r not in combat, not in BG, not it arena.
7.new adjustment to pvp content in Interface. U may get in BG line anywhere. e.g if u join in BG in Hellfire, u will be back in Hellfire after the BG.
8. New adjustment to race specs. Order(orc) is now effective to shaman's pet. Naru's blessing: instant HOT. Stone (or statue?) (dwarf) Remove ur char from poison, diesease and bleeding after u cast this skill. cooldown time 2min.
9. effect of armor penetration is increased by 25%.
10. lowest damage that r required to break Fear and XXX and XXX is reduced dramatically.
11. melee tempo received from tempo rating is increased 30%. applies to shaman paladin druid.
12. some skills from worrior mage druid and others does no long add up to each other.
12. mana regeneration: mana regened by intel and spirit is reduced by 40% but the number of talents that allows mana regen in combat increased.
13. pets from shaman mage and druid is now immune to AOE damage, like hunter and warlock.
14. other adjustment that r made to each class.

i'm not that familiar with all the english terms of everything in WOW. this is the best i can do but i think it won't be too difficult to understand, eh?

Well 3.1.3 gets us (DESTRO LOCKS!!) a big buff. So big, we're OP man... 10k crit conflag... 16k Chaos bolt...
Rotation: Shadow Fury, Immolate, Conflag, Chaos Bolt, Incinerate, Death Coil, Fear/Seduce + DoTs, and if it's not dead, than it's a healer....
That's like: 3k+2k+3k Dot+7k+7k+5k+2k... That's 29k without crit chance but good gear
Though it's true, fear gets nerf batted every time... And seduce shares DR with fear! Demo locks need a up in PvE... And since most fights in WoTLK are shorter, Affli locks DPS in PvE are poop... Though PvP, it's not my style but... damn...

Who would play demo lock in PvE ?

And yeah 3.1.2 is great for us Destrolocks, but without CC we are useless anyways.

Shadow Fury is long enough to cast one fear, that's all. And fear is useless AND nerfed. Then you have DC but SF and DC both have cd time. That means once you used both, you can run and jump without doing anything. Or you can be an engineer.

Yeah rogue always had been the anti-warlock class, that's why I rerolled after realising that everyone had a rogue on my pvp server lol.
