Here is a tip to keep your settings(i.e. keybindings) and addons configuration :
1. Start the game, log into the game on one of your char, enjoy your interface mess.(this will create the new configuration folder)
2. log out
3. Download the last build of your addons (www.wowinterface.com or www.wow.curse.com), or you can use the auto-addon updater www.wowmatrix.com
4. go under the wow directory/WTF/Account folder. You'll see at least two folders inside containing the account names you created. The ones you'll be looking for are the old the9 account and the newly created netease account.
Let's say my old the9 account was "Beer" and my new account is"Beer@163.com" .
The only thing to do is copy the content of "Beer" into "Beer@163.com" and that's it, unless the new version of your addons don't use the same configuration files than the previous ones, all will be well.
5.
note that you can Skip point 1/2/4 and simply copy/past the existing "Beer" folder and rename it "Beer@163.com"
6.
note that you can Skip point 1/2/4/5 and rename "Beer" into "Beer@163.com
Hope it will save you some time.
