Is it possible to transfer a character from one account to another?

Well, I share an account with a friend, Same email and password, but we have two sub accounts so that we can log on at the same time. He has two level 70 characters, and is fine with giving one to me, would it be possible to transfer one of those characters to another sub account?

Im pretty sure that netease's customer services are very very raw atm. They only offered transfers to certain servers and no paid transfer system has been implemented. I dont think this is possible right now. Maybe few month later with release of normal EU&US customer services it will be possible.
