Select 战网 for the first dropdown then select then second one from the 2nd dropdown list.

First 2 boxes enter in ur bnet account email

Next box put in the name of an id that you actually have possession of

Next box put in id that u have possesion of

The one after that submit a picture of the id that you have taken using camera.

next box leave empty or if you are good with chinese type an excuse (I went with my friends were fooling around when i was making my account so i double typoed name and id).

Then submit, if it works they will change the id within 15 minutes and if it doesnt they will send u an email saying that either ur lying or the picture u sent isn't yours.

*Picture sent must be clear and not watermarked and preferably color
*If you don't have possesion or a clean picture of one then all I can say is sorry
*The id i sent them was different from the one that I initially used to make my account yet they still changed my id
*I'm going out now and go look for cwow because my account is now sorted, I'll answer any questions if there are any when I get back

Don't think so, I think they have their own WoW servers in HK, just like in TW.

created my b-net account with my English name and wife's id.

Logged in to wow client (english, previous working version) and got past the authentication server just fine. I did however have a version error.

Remember.. your username is now your email addy!!!

in the moment only the chinese wow version works (eventhough servers are not online). eu/us version get a version error.
hope we can find a solution, so we can use the eu/us wow versions again.

ID is recognized, you are over 18 years of age.

Using ID that is not yours is illegal so can't help you there though.

Get a legit one from a friend. U need all the data. (Name, birth, number etc)

well basically foreigners arent allowed to play chinese wow, if they live in china, since they normaly dont have a chinese id card.
so if you would use a valid id card, say from one of your chinese friends, you are doing something illegal.

As far as I know it's the same in my country with the ID card number, but you can still use the ID of a Chinese friend.

Okay here I am again.
So as I already said, my main account is now bound to a friend's battlenet's account, with legit ID and all, so no problem.
But I have a 52 mage on my second account that I wanted to up 70, and it wouldn't be very pleasant to roll a mage AGAIN (it's maybe the 10th or something like that ).
So the problem is : I bound my second account to my own Bnet account, with a fake ID and stuff like that (yeah, I didn't know we had to give a legit ID). Is there anyway to "unbind" my WoW account and my Bnet account, so I could maybe bind it to my friend's Bnet account ?
I can't read chinese very well (except IG ^^) so if anyone sees an option like that on Bnet's website, please tell me, thanks
