To make a long story short !!! As 80% of us here, I have some ID problem.

Either, you created a chara with a random ID long time ago...Or you bought a chara so you do not have any fucking idea of the first owner ID.

Here is my question, please be clear in your reply...I'm in the case number 2.

I got a new legit ID, a good one with a picture, the name and the number. If I try to bind my old account with this new legit ID what's going on?

I saw somewhere that they do not care about the first ID so???

if i understand you nous, you didnt create a bnet account up to now.
If this is the case, you can follow the guide on this webpage

and create your bnet account, with the valid id card you have at present.
Just make sure you have a visible copy of the id and that the name on the card and the name you enter for your bnet account is the same. I even used the same address.
I createt 1 bnet account last night around 20:00 and it told me they will check my information in the next 24hours.
I was able to login at midnight, but since the servers werent up at that time I couldnt check my characters, which I will do when I get back home later on today.

Edit: Confirmed the solution from Ed is working, just saw my BNET account was confirmed as legitimate and over 18!!!

hi nous, in the mean time i created a 2nd battlenet account.
I logged in with both accounts and didnt have any problems. so i am sure you shouldnt have any problems aswell.

just wondering, the name you put in, do you have to write it in chinese characters or pinyin is fine?

it was written in chinese characters, dont know if it also works with pinyin.

My only *fallback* suggestion (to those that really seem to be up shit creek without a paddle) is to email netease and explain that you are a foreigner living/studying in China and don't have an ID card of your own and that last time a friend set up your account for you. Write the email in simple English - someone there will understand it.
