I've been through the battlenet site as far as I can, but can't see any option to change or remove the security matrix.

Can anyone with better chinese see anything on there that might help me?

The matrix works fine, but i cant use the english language fix with it in place.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

No probs, found it...in the last place i would look. Just re-do the card application and it comes off the account...simple as that!

i made a post about adding the matrix on battlenet..just do exactly the same again to remove it.....the logic and simplicity of this shocked me to the very core ! i was expecting a lengthy procedure that involved emails and scan in triplicate!
