problem.

I cant login to my account. it gives me this error:

This World of Warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use. Please go to... blah blah blah

but guess what. I shared a 身份证 number with 4 other people (thats right, 5 people used one ID to bind 5 different accounts) and they are also banned.

ive been looking around for an hour and still cant find anything...

any ideas?

Wow what is happening to you sucks. First step would be to contact netease customer service, and see what you can do with them.

is there a way to re-bind an account?

i think by doing this and using different numbers for each person we could solve the problem.

Do you get the same mail as me? On my side I tried to get it back with the help of chinese friend but didn't succeed.

okay heres what happened:
cant login.
check my battlenet account, says im banned. everyone that shared my ID was also banned.
so i try going to eddie rulez's post, you know that one about battlenet+solution omfg or whatever it was, and clicking on that link and resubmitting some info.

it says that i had already tried doing it like that and it was successful the last time.

so then instead of clicking on the 战网 one, i hit the 魔兽世界 one, and tried to submit the info with a totally different ID and everything. then i get an email:

to sum it up it just means that i have been doing "illegal money transactions" and they have decided to administer the "permanent freeze" on my account. everyone else who shared my ID also recieved this email.

I get some more emails, just asking me to resubmit the information because some of was unclear and whatnot, then i get one for "the respected customer" to please "review our actions" in this "customer satisfaction survey".

bah.

Just as a note, i looked it up and they had no restrictions on how many accounts per ID.

My theories:
We got banned for selling cards a long-ass time ago when wow costed money.

my friend was talking to a chinese player and this guy was kinda getting upset that there are foreigners playing wowchina (maybe he was some kind of authority or something) and reported us, and gave the random reason as "illegal money transactions".

you have to be a chinese national in order to play wow, have to have your own ID. the fact that i went on Baidu and just looked up an ID is super illegal.

definitely came back and bit me in the ass.

No, it happened to me in the past with the9, exactly the same. Normaly there must be a service who allows you to make reclamations about an account ban. But I agree the fact you used a false ID won't help you to get your account back...

I don't think a chinese reported you because you are a foreigner ^^, the most probable reason, is that this ID you got on the net was also shared by a bunch of gold sellers, who probably don't use their own ID to do their business.

Best is to have a good friend, ID on the net is really too risky.
