I've been happily playing on the Taiwan servers for quite some time - leveled 6 accounts to 70+, one to 80. Recharging my account using mycard point cards bought on offgamers.com.

If you play on Taiwan servers, know that they make you change your account password every month when you reload your account with points. Recently (last three months) Taiwan servers changed the policy where you now need your "secret password" provided to you when you first created the account in order to change your account password. Well, I don't have that password anymore. Is there anyone familiar with the Taiwan servers, who can either tell me how to recover that password, or change my settings so I don't have to change my password every month? If I can't recover the "secret password" I am looking at loosing my geared out 80 hunter, a 72 mage and a 70 lock...

Tried calling the support line but all the menus are in chinese and I can't figure out what buttons to push to talk to a real person...
