All the servers are down this morning... WTF?

IS it normal? I mean did they say something before about this closing?

please wrath come out!!!!!!!!!!!! well even though there is only a 0.1 % chance that it will actually come out ....but you never know...the next time you connect you might already see some full tier 8 guys with 25k hp ^^

when I logged in with my chinese version at noon I had around 1100 minutes (or whatever it is) and now i have 808 left.
I wonder why, if it's free to play
