i got hacked...longly short story... i wanted to sell my 2 accs to a guy who would play good money for them , because im leaving china soon...like an idiot i got scammed by trusting him.

anyhow a few people told me i could get my accounts back by linking a picture of the id card i used and saying i got hacked.

could some1 tell me how i can do this?

Not sure how to do it but i would try Netease Customer service like you said, send a mail with a picture of your Original ID and klaim you got hacked.

Hopefully the new guy didnt change the ID already from your account i think that might trouble you then.

What did you gave the buyer? Only B-Net account name and PW?

Hey boby, I've been looking for almost one hour where was the Farkin form to report stolen account, but wasn't able to clearly recognise it.

and the right one might be 战网-------账号修复/密保解除(battlenet----account repair/password recovery or something like that). You'll have to complete the form and send a scan of the ID card you used for the account.

Try to ask a chinese friend to give you an hand. You could also try to call the 021-6162 6168 and ask them how to recover your account.

Sorry I really would help you with this if my chinese was better but I'm really at the same state than you, so google translate and chinese friend are your best friends.

This why I stopped playing in China, In Taiwan at least we can use our own ID and if we get hacked we can easily use our own ID to get the account back.
