Our guild will be more and more big, so i think we need a panel to manage it ...
I mean, how to know who want to do what instance etc...
Of course we could write a thread on the forum, but i'm not sure that's he best solution. So i think if all our member download the add on Guild Event Manager, we could create groups for instance more faster, and we could know who want to do what instance etc..

I once was a guild leader in another game. It is really hard to get people into participating. Basically, most people will just wait for you to entertain them and don't make much effort.

I think , that in WOW, the first step would be to try to group 5men and do some <CE> only small instances.

Then, i think the best is to try to organize sunday afternoon regular UBRS
