I have WOW installed to WOTLK, how do i manually set it up to work in china :S ?

I guess as long as u are onthe right version 3.2.2a you just change the realmlist.WTF!
You are on achineseversion or European client ? If Europe you will need some original files from the Chinese version !!

You have to get the Chinese client for mac up to date and follow the manual patching guide. But instead of using the *.exe files in the downloaded archive, use the equivalent files from your Chinese client.

Or use Bootcamp

Edit： I didn't find any downloader for an OSX Chinese client. I don't know mac os at all, but I think there might be some windows emulator you could use, though your game might need more resources to run. I used something similar to play wow on linux. But the best solutions is either Bootcamp, or Taiwan servers because you just need to modify the realmlist.wtf to play there.

Thanks for all your help. I might try setting up on windows but its just a shame i cant use the full spec of the computer i am on that way.


So there is nowhere to download a chinese client for mac from????

There should be a Chinese client availible for Mac but as bolo said on the official page I also don't see any link for Mac.

You can try CrossOver Games or simply CrossOver to see if you open the .exe with them.

I confirm, there's no mac client for chinese wow :s!
