Some of you may(probably don't) know me. I was playing on TW Stormscale for a few months earlier this year. I am curious if anyone is still playing there? I abruptly stopped playing a couple of months ago for various reasons. The main problem was there was only 2 or 3 active members, I also relocated to a new city in China and have been a bit busy.

I hope there are some people still playing on TW servers, I would like to come back. Magey if you see this; shortly before i stopped playing you lent me 500G and I feel guilty as hell about that lol..so at the very least I can get WOW up and running again if only to pay you back

Judging by these forums it seems that wow China is quite popular but the idea of playing outdated content with missing game features is not attractive to me at all really.

Anyways hope to hear back from someone!

I stopped for different reasons, anyway the guild seemed to be falling a part.

I heard TW will get Cataclysm tomorrow. So probably some will be back. Just give it a try and see if ppl get back this week.

If not, then at least enjoy the new content of the game.

You might wana check the forum regularly, to see what is happening in our community.
Just in case you get the feeling, man the new content is realy cool but I am a bit alone, I would prefer to be with a bunch of ppl who I can understand, even if I play outdated content with missing game features

Hey Muhan nice to hear from you. Yeah Stormscale was pretty quiet as of a few months ago. As you mentioned, I'm hoping Cata will revive it somewhat. I understand the community benefits of WOW China...but darn man WoLK just came out!!

I will probably just jump back on and see what's happening, maybe I can try to find a Chinese guild who would be willing to accept a laowai with limited communication skills ^^

If you have been in China long enough WLK just comming out is not much of an issue since it likely means you never played it before. That's just me though. I got a long way to go in WLk--

My chinese is so bad, that I would never join a chinese guild. Impossible for me to raid, at least end content, where you need to communicate.

I went back to Chinese servers because there is an active community here. Playing new content was nice, but I didn't feel like playing alone.

Maybe with WOTLK content you could manage to raid with limited chinese knowledge. For Cataclysm I think it will be difficult, cause everything is new.

In any case I wish you good luck, ppl might come back and you can enjoy the game with them.

As mentioned before, if you are unlucky and playing alone, think about the community here on Chinese servers

That's a good point. I was playing on WOW TW so I did play it a bit. China is looking like a good option.

Is Cow Eaters the biggest guild right now? For me.. I am mostly concerned about end game raiding and PvP.. Mostly I hope to find a group of people who like to do Pre-made BG groups.

I love PvP but I can't stand playing in PUGS...it's soooo frustrating ahh!

I know you guys have made the "where to play on wow china" thread but since I got your attention here I would love some more Info on what you guys are doing.

Well you got 2 choices on CN1:

Bronzebeard, Horde PVP
Maduolan, Alliance PVE

If you allready have a lvl 55 character or higher on a chinese realm, you could make a DK on the above mentioned realms and see for yourself, which suits you best.

I don't want to go into details, cause I don't play on Bronzebeard, but I guess it should be ok if I say BB is more for PVP and Maduolan is more for PVE.

My Alt was Zobun on Stormscale. As far as i know the last active members have moved to Mageys(Bazza) fun guild called WTF.
I also moved Zobun there as i never saw anyone online in AGNS anymore and most left to play Starcraft or other reasons.

Yeah i will play a little again in TW after Cata is released but main platime will be with CowEaters on Chinese server as there is a existing community, and not real endgame raiding but certain raiding activity is possible.

For PVP i would be looking forward finding more partner for Arena as i play quite frequent PVP.

Maybe c u on the chinese server or again in Stormscae sometimes

at 21h CATA should be released on TW WOW.

Once cata hits I'm sure the above will play daily

Always good if ppl reading the forum know where to go and who to whisper.

Its mostly a fun guild, a place for adding new players and chatting

It may become more seriously once we get 10+ capped players but again.

Really sorry but right now I don't dare put my eyes on cataclysm, because I know I won't look back on mainland ever again then, though maybe wouldn't be a bad thing

Never know what tomorrow is made of but I still think you should open a thread on the taiwan section like the other guilds. At least ppl willing to play cata can see where most foreigners are playing atm.

As for the 500G, a debt is a debt eh!

Looks like I will get my TW account back up and going in the next couple of days and hopefully Cata will help pick things up again. If it doesn't work out after a while China looks like it's worth a shot!

I'm looking for solid and stable Arena partners, glad s1-s6 on US WoW as multiple healing classes.

You might want to look for kush , magey, badnewsbear. Or who WTF guild.
I had a arena team with magey. Lock Mage combo. I am sure after you join WTF you find a partner.

My char zobun is not so frequent playing anymore but maybe see you ingame.

How active are people who use this forum, cause from what it seems very few even play the game anymore, let alone are on TW Stormscale

rolled alliance on another server i assume? or still on Stormscale? just doesnt seem like many active foreigners on the TW WoW servers T_T
