I just created a second account on same realm (for my son) but for some reason I cannot log on?! I get the invalid password reply.

Why?

I checked the balance and it has plenty of game time (20h + full card) and pw is fine when I log on the9 site.
I did allow time for syncronisation or whatever its called.

Any ideas?

check its really on same server / realm.

if he is playing on same pc, when you offline, its ok, should be no prob. if he plays on another pc, make sure again that you actually try to logon to chinese server realms.

- CAPS lock on off, no difference!

I can also log on the9 with same logon/pw, should be the same as game logon/pw, right??
