For US Foreign Clients, if you get update screen upon login don't cancel & let it complete.

After it completes it will ask you to press a button then it will download a chinese downloader tool and will try to patch but fail.

After above retry to login again using wow.exe and enjoy Smile

(unfortunately servers are still offline)
