Hello gals and guys,
I'm Charlie, I'm from the UK. I've been playing a priest (Ninsun) on Alterac for a couple of days now. So far, I've talked to a couple of you in the /english channel - some literally a few minutes ago, actually.
About me: I live and work in Beijing, where I have been since last August, and I will be here for the foreseable future. I love this game, which I have played since early 2005 on the European server. I was sad to have to leave it behind when I left home. Fortunately I found this forum and you guys, and now I'm very excited about the possibility of being able to play this game with other foreigners while in China. It must certainly be a great comfort to enjoy a game like this in a foreign land, and be able to play it in your own language with players who speak it, too.
I wouldn't even be in a position to think of asking to join you guys if weren't for the guides here (the 27net guide, for example - Beijing internet clearly doesn't ping well on Shanghai servers), so for that alone, thank you. Anyway, I hope to get to know you and the guild better in the future. See you around.
