I am sorry to bother and I hope this is the right section for this post; but I have a question, if I buy a Chinese Time card for WoW I can use it on my WoW EU account ?

No. Time cards are region based.

Ok thank you a lot. Another question, when I will go back to my country I will still be able to use my Chinese WoW account and the Chinese Time Card ?

The nice thing about wow is its connectable everywhere, so long as you can get the time cards that match your client.
I havent been anywhere where I could get internet, and not connect to either version of WoW.
