Ooo you were talking about wow TW. Well just so you know battle.net is blocked for a lot of mainland chinese users. So you'll need a VPN to access it.

The other thing is you need a taiwan ID to create an account. This goes for China mainland too.

I downloaded VPN(hotspot shield) but I still can't access the registration website provided here:

The correct address is tw.battle.net and it works for me.

As for vpn when need arise I usually use the trial of http://wtfast.com/ , it last 20min but you can use it over and over.

oo cool.. thanks i have an account now.. but it's " Starter Edition " How do i upgrade it? cause everthing i do in game is limited... i cant even talk on channels or talk to friends etc.. etc..

Do i simply add game time to upgrade my account?
