other post....
in other thread... cant copy/paste on this comp... something is bugging...
on the other hand....
please people, stop panicking. seems to me like all of you just started to live in china a month ago.
let me put it this way: are you a child below 18 years of age? no? then this wont affect you.
did you use a fake (generated) id / passport number to register wow? if no, then all is smooth.
if YES, then... then... then my guess its the same than last year, for 3 months. NEW subscribers will have to use legit numbers / names. happened last year.
they won't cancel half the existing contracts.
most chinese in webbars dont register with their original ID number... simply because it serves a lot of purposes in china and they dun wanna use in a public netbar (where least 80% of the ppl go to play).
i said it before, i said it again.
the exact same measure popped up exact same time of year in 2006. nothing happened. won't happen big thing this time.
zilch.
its like china saying they will make a crackdown on piracy.
booooooooo..... now that scared me the first time as well.
we live in china....
try this for a change:
1) hear news
2) think of a "what if it really happens" scenario
3) kickback, relax and nevermind
4) get on with your life
in the 5% of the cases where the crap actually will affect us all, at least you did number (2).
wellcome to china.
