1) Can i play on US realm ( with u.s client ) in chinese language ( totaly )? cause when i put SET locale "zhCN" or SET locale "zhTW" , i can't login on us or eu realm

You will have to download the CN client of WoW MoP, because US client supports only English. Even if you modify the "SET locale" line or the "launcher.db" file to force the download of Chinese language it will fail to do so.

You need to have CN client and then modify the Config.wtf file with SET locale "enUS".
