For the 3 first one, you can gather them thanks to your job. You can find the Incendosaur Scales (écailles d'incendosaures) on the Incendosaur mobs in the Searing Gorge (Gorge des Vents Brulants) in one end of the dwarves' cavern ( here )
Belgarion, you'll have to give that to Master Smith Burninate in the Searing Gorge (Maître forgeron Brûlotin, Gorge des Vents Bûlants, 38-28 )

Next, we'll need a lot of Dark Iron Residue (Résidu de Sombrefer) that you can loot in Blackrock Depth. Somehow, we'll be honored at this step...
