Given that Flex raiding is going to be available starting from patch day, I thought it would be a good idea to start thinking seriously about organisation. Obviously, it's not necessary to follow a set schedule, but we should at least organise 1 or 2 set times every week for all interested parties to participate.

Please indicate your preferences in the included poll. Note that, while any particular day may clash with other guild activities, there may still be enough interest to run both a Flex raid and other activity on the same night.

Well, so far Flex raiding has been pretty successful with 19-21 people joining the Flex raid group in the first week and a full 25 players joining Flex raiding last night. On both nights, we managed to clear the 1st wing (Bosses 1-4) and we had a few attempts on Wing 2 before we ran out of time last night.

Given the success, I'd like to know if people would prefer to do the first couple of bosses on 25-man normal mode and then switching over to flex later on. We should (hopefully) be able to defeat Immerseus and the Fallen protectors on 25-man normal without too much trouble.
