I am lvl 51 and I am not sure my damage are very high.... Usually I do 150-200 damage on my ennemies but sometimes it falls down to 100~80....
And the best critic I've ever done was a little more than 2200 ^^, what do you think????? is that good??

ooooooow a fury warrior 2200 isn't bad at all man! hell rogue's evisterate hardly break the 2000 barrier even at 60. that be said I think you can do better if you play ARMS and spec for mortal strike with a huge 2handed weapon.

2200 is good for fury warrior

rogue's evisc are more in the 2200+ unbuffed and close to 3000 with buffs. But the idea is that this is a finishing move while fury warriors easilly unleash 2k and 3k on many of their strikes

Oh yeah, I forgot, I played a rogue when evisterate didn't scale, they scale with attack power now don't they?

Good lvl60 rogues can have around 1100 AP unbuffed. If you put a few buff on top of that like warrior shouts , u easily get 1400+ which can make some huge evisc... But it's not as impressive as worriors

I think he's more worried about his casual damages, not the critics...

The casual dammage is not very high for a 50+ warrior. It might be a gear problem or they way to use the powers.

Can you tell us your usual combat sequence ?

it might be like oh so many other classes.....
i rarely see warriors hit me hard on Naklin.
also not hunters, and also not rogues.
actually anything that isn't casting is hitting me hard. even on cloth.

but they hit often, and when they use their special abilities, it hurts like hell.

with my blue level 60 hunter i do about 200-300 dmg per shot with a good bow and having about 1000 AP unbuffed now.
its when i include aimed shot in rotation, that i get to 2000-3000 dmg crits.
Rogues are the same... they do squat until their energy is high enough or they have enough combo points. besides thoses moments, they do tiny yizibitsy damage.

casters (like mages) do high damage (if geared well) on every cast almost, but they cast only once every 2-3 seconds, depending on spell..... and lose mana.... thats where blizzard tried to balance it out.
i think with your crit THAT high at not even level 60, its VERY VERY decent.
and in PVP it should hurt... a LOT..... if you PVP, you will want to go for high crits and forget about sustained damage.

Yup, PVP is all about burst, especially in BGs where you only have a limited about of time before being targeted and zerged to dead.

That's why mage, rogues, warriors and hunters do so well in BGs, their burst is insane.

Warlocks is a whole different game, they may not have burst but they don't have to be there to damage you either, so it's just as effective. it's "slowly, but surely"

As a fury warrior you have to get alotta AP for huge burst. but I still think you should spec for ARMS which scale with weapons. It's like everytime you upgrade your weapon you gain a new level lol

well it depends on your DPS or even DPM(damage per minute). 200 may not seem like much but if your duel wielding like so many fury warrior does it may not be so bad.

let's say an ARMS warrior using a 2handed weapon that does 600 damage per swing, but he does this at 3.0 sec per swing, this will give him a 600/3=200 DPS.

On the other hand a FURY warrior doing 200 damage and for the arguement let's assume he does this at 1.0 sec per swing, this will give him a flat out 200dps.

so in the end it really depends on your DPS for your average damage. but you when you take other things into account like mortal strike and blood thrist it may differs in the long run.

I have a lvl 50 fury warrior now. Just respec'd...
Anyway, my highest crit is 2300.
However, I'm assuming that your 2200 was on execute, which isn't at all related to AP. My highest mortal strike crit as a MS warr was 1100. That, in my opinion is quite good.

Last night I crited to death one carzy naked paly in BG, haha. 6K damage from one soul fire. oh i got warlock btw

Well as a balance druid pre-wotlk buffs and bear in mind this is only s2 pvp gear + 1 s4.....I did 5,4K starfire on a S3 warrior in WSG the other day, self-buffed with trinket popped...the dark iron smoke pipe =P
