Spy told me that, dont knwo where he gets this from, however i dont know where you get it, the door opens tomorrow either :S

what does the official cwow homepage say?

the official cwow page say nothing as usual.
they did not talk about the event and they did not talk about most important things.

I suppose that the gate would open today just because the time between "before the storm" patch and the opening is always 2 weeks in other countries and because today maintenance is 12 hours instead of 6h... But that's just a supposition as i stated.

the servers are still down on my realmlist, and thats a "good" sign.... usually you could time your watch, and at 10-11 am servers are up. only times they take longer, is on major patches (like 2.1.2).

I m in france for 2 months so i cant play, can anyone tell me what is hapening with cwow, what patch you on, and if u have tbc or for when it is, if u cqn create BE and draenien and if u can vist outlands

Can anyone tell me how to play cwow cos i have tbc version 2.1.2.68 and its written cn1.grunt.wowchina.com and it says that the files are corrupted, I also have a friend that has the same as me put the normal version and he manages to get in but he cant see any servers!!!

Is there an upgrade going on? if yes when is it going to end ?

And when is tbc coming out?

I got both vanilla and TBC version running fine, with the 2.1.2 update.
I'm on the second server, so I use "SET realmlist cn2.grunt.wowchina.com" in the realmlist file but I didn't do anything else...

i guess you did somethink wrong... In fact you just have to stop the automatic update at 2.1.2 do not instal the 2.1.3, did you try the automatic repair? that's strange...

My TBC, is working pretty well... we are all waiting the opening of this BIP portal now (this is a friendly BIP ofcourse).. i'm 60now i'm ready rrRRrrr; Hope it will be soon !

I also had the tabard since many days, but I need they open this sun of BIP portal...

this error has nothing to do with client server versions.
if it says your files are corrupted, its your client which bugs.
WIHCH files it says are corrupted? wow is usually more specific. it will say for example:
"your login interface files are corrupt. please re-install the game"
(i bet you all had that one already)

If you could say which exact message you get, it woudl be easier to help you.

do NOT apply ANY of the methods we used to make 1.12.3 work.
there is no need for it.

this error usually means one or more of your MPQ files are damaged, or you have a wrong .exe file which can't find a specific resource inside the mpq files, due to a version mismatch on the client side.

Im Dilou's friend...i can login but i can't see any realm names....i got 2.1.2.6803 AND TBC installed but i still have the 1.12.3 fix in place but i login with the normal wow.exe......i set realmlist to shanghai 1 like stated above as usual.

Do i have to replace the enwow files with the originals? if so where can i find them?(im in Norway on my mums laptop an i dont have the discs!)

If not then when do the realms reapear???

Erik, just delete your game and reinstall it, to do that you just need to go on http://www.wowwiki.com/Patch_mirrors go near the bottom were it says None->2.0.0 and click on the US of worldofwarcraft.com it took me 5 hours with slow internet. So its pretty fast.

I think the problem is that im on a mac, and I know that I cant install cwow on mac so maybe chinese servers dont work on macs but i doubt it

visit wow-europe.com, loging with your account username/pw

Blizz offers WOW Classic Client V.2.0. and TBC Addon as well. You can even choose french, spanish, english or german client.

It'll take you a day or two to DL...

P.s Dylan - It didnt reinstall my game it just reapplied all my patches....= didn't remove enwow files LOL

The use of the home-made enwow patch was only for the time when there was a special Chinese up-date that didn't exist in the foreign versions.

You don't have to use it now!
Just up-date the game by the usual way, and change the realmlist file, that's all.
Don't use enwow.

Well i dint use the enwow file its jsut in my directory...i use normal wow.exe but not realms show on the list...

Another approch is to get a copy of the fully installed game from a friend.
