Unable to validate game version (and Black Beards eye patch)

OK I couldnt log on to WOW today because it said it was "unable to validate game version". Shocked

I installed EU patch 2.1.3 (6898) but it still doesnt work. I heard some talk about an "evil patch" but i havent been on China WOW long and i dont know how to fix an "evil patch". affraid

An excorcism perhaps?

What else can i do so i can log on and play. Some of the other posts are about this too, but i am a very simple minded kind of guy and editing lots of files confuses me Wink

. What else do i need to download or do so i can play in english.

Anythign would be helpful... cheers

P.S. Did black beard wear an evil patch or was that a regular eye one?
