Hey Guys,
I've done the same as always, change to the US realmlist:

set realmlist us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
set patchlist us.version.worldofwarcraft.com


And tehn try to run WoW. At this point it normally try to download the new patch. However now it just "hang" at Authorizaion. I've then try to launch the "BackgroundDownloader.exe" which trigger the downloader program but it terminates before the down procedure intiate. If it wasnt because I can not on here, I would doubt I was connected to the internet.

I've tried on both my PC and Gretchens, both give the same result. We have done no changes to firewalls/virus software in the last couple of months.

I've searched the US WOW homepage for a manual download of the patch, but I can only find the patch notice, not the actual patch itself.

Annoying but am I alone with the problem?

people: get used to go to wowwiki.com, please to find mirror sites of the patches.
this will additionally allow you to download them early, without having to install them.
