Allright guys, as you already know, we are not a lot. Our biggest players left (but only to come back very soon!!!) and most of us are casual players.

So after some hard talk, we have decided that some of you should become recruiters for the guild.

If you play with some Chinese who speak English, of if you know some friends who would be interested, and of course, if you want , weirdal will upgrade you in guild rank to recruiter.
What do you say??

Ok, a few changes here, our new recruiters are Madinina, Louvre, Thomax and Lordyto in game+ me and weirdal of course.

As soon as Krougi and panoramix come back in, they will be recruiters too.

5555 too much casuals players... I feel the same situation as before when I left to play with SO, and then NEWLIFE or DARKMOONDANCER.
I'm doing the task to get KARAZAN access and then what could I do ?
We are not able to RAID in KARAZAN for the moment.
I really want to stay in CowEaters it looks like a fammily here. But I also want to RAID in guild.
How to do ? Maybe we could create a special part in our guild to make a difference between the Casuals and the others players ? Maybe an other Rank, such as an Elite group who could recruit for RAID only ?

it's always been the problem here.
You're idea is good: creating a rank for the real geeks ^^.
But it won't change much the presence of the others. Maybe planning events in advance would help, and of course some pick up groups.

Yup,
To know who could be in this special group, apart,"new rank"we could fist take a look at the last connected players since 1 day or 1 week"; then make a diference between the vegetarians, casuals etc... And then some of this groups could recruit only "real geeks" from the guild and out of the guild, chinese speaker or not since a good will from us have to be cauze we're in china and we should adapt ourself with.
Yes it will not change the presence of others that's true, but it could be motivating for new players to join in. Maybe i'm false maybe I'm wrong, but I don't want to se all people leave our guild when they Ding Lvl 70... because gold raids are golds raids, but Raid guild are more intresting I think... Improve our game style with our guild mate is more intresting and easy, it could be more glorious for us also.
How to do ?

Or maye the more simple way should be to create a new guild of english speaker with inside ony lvl 70 GEEK able to raid etc... since i think it's better to have 20 people in guild but always online than 100 people with almost 3 or 4 people online not able to raid. The casuals + the people - lvl 70 stay in CE and when they think they can join the other guild they come if they want.

erf, I ain't splitting us is the best way of finding hl players.

Wow it's been a while since the last reply. Anyway, i find the separation of the two guilds now frustrating at times because i have a new character who's lv 20 at the moment and whenever i sign on, i would do a /who for Cow Eaters members and it always seems that none of the recruiters for the guild are online so im basically kinda just stuck to playing with this one friend from my school in that server with me (who doesn't come online that much anyway)
I'm missing those fun guild chat convos =P

several of us r playing in a chinese server, baofengtieqi, whose guildname means Stormwind Knights. this guild has steady raid, and have cleared all bosses in Mount Hyjal. the guild has several chinese players who can also speak chinese. they have TS, and guild forum. cow eaters r more than welcomed to join us. just /w Centurien /w Juliask or ask for tianzhiyu in trade channel lol right, i am a chinese.
