you can still enable that afterwards.
then contact the9 vie fone. they will tell you to write a formal fax. (sometimes no need).
you get your stuff back
PS: full KLZ epics with 2T4 isn't worth hacking even if someone would pay me for it.
not to bash, but the only reason someone would hack your account would be
a) you account is a guild officer of a rather LARGE and succesful guild and has access to guildbank (i doubt)
b) your character buy / sells shitloads of gold / card (i have that suspicion , knowing how many people see it as easy money) to anyone instead of just friends, by yelling in a city or in trade channel.
thats when people get attention to your character.
c) your character sells everyday about 20+ Primal XXX in the AH, and thus is a giant farmer with (again) a TON of gold.
see, your full KLZ epics and 2T4 (*grin*) isn't gonna do a lot of benefit to anyone.
If they still hacked you, its because they "can" and found your login info somewhere. (playing in netbar? using internet explorer instead of firefox to surf chinese webs? not using matrix card, even though it has been repeatedly suggested in the forums?
might have gotten to you either by a troyan, keylogger or some sort of virus because of latter 2 reasons if at your home only.
otherwise, netbar + no matrix card = BAD / unwise solution.
follow the things i say at the top of the post. enable matrix card, call the9.
people still believe we gave good advice because we are bored with too much time. Follow it.
To the guy stuck in game: NOT your client problem. whoever told you to reinstall your game, is as good as the IT in our company who suggests to reinstall windows everytime he has no idea what the problem is.
get on with an ALT toon (yuo said you have), issue GM ticket (you will need to read / write chinese, so get someone who can) and get your char reset at a normal location.
