Ohhh that!
alright first of all, do you have a matrix card?
Ill tell you the steps right now anyway:
go to www.wowchina.com and on the main page, you will see a bar with numbers 1 -4. Click on number 4.
Once you have done that, you will come to a login page, and the fill in boxes are as follows:
1. Username
2. Password
3. Security check number (this is provided as an image on the right, 4 digits)
After you login, you will come to a page with like, yellow box borders.
Ctrl + F on that page and look for "密保卡"
Click on the words directly under that, it shud be a link.
You will come to a page with a red box in the middle [账号绑定], click on that.
The next page allows you to select which card for protection you want to use; you should be using the WoW charge cards with matrix on the back, that option's already selected so click the red box once more, [下一步]
Now you will come to a screen showing a picture of the matrix diagram. There will be two fill in boxes beside it.
Ctrl+F on the page again and look for the following things:
序列号: <input your card number here, not the part you scratch out, the part below that>
动态位置号： [three combinations of letters paired with words]
动态数字: input the numbers on the matrix card as follows with the numbers shown. should be easy enough.
Below all that may be a keypad with numbers, if you have a PIN input it by clicking on the keypad on screen, if not, continue on and click the red box [进行绑定]
And that should be it! If anymore screens come up, just confirm em =P
