And it's nice to see that I'm not the WoW-crazy foreigner in China.
Anyways....
I play on the EU servers and I've been using a program called Gamecap to get my latency down.
When using it I get my latency down to around 500 which of cause still sucks in PVP but is just good enough for levelling.
The problem is that WoW EU have suspended my account 2 times making the assumption that my account has been stolen/compromized.

So...
Has anyone else used Gamecap and experienced the same problem?
Is there any other way to keep playing on EU servers?
Without Gamecap my latency is from around 3000 to ridiculous so that's not an option.

i think the word "only" is missing somewhere in your first sentence, anyway im afraid most people here are wow-crazy in China on Chinese servers.. however a few people here are quite technical when it comes to wow, lets wait for their answers..

I don't know about that programme but since I play from France, I'd be interested to see if it lowers down my latency there! I'll have a look.

Hi there i would guess its not only the gamecap which causes the Problem i believe your account was suspended because of the Chinese IP and Blizz. considered you are a Farmer or ur account was stolen.
Maybe you can somehow inform Blizz about ur situation.

Or better just play with Cow Eaters on Shanghai1 , Maduolan Server. I would help you lvling ur char.
