Are you guys experiencing frame rate problems with the new patch? I used to do just fine with everything cranked up to max, but now even with no add-ons and all graphics settings set to minimal, I'm only getting like 8fps in instances and not much more than 10-15 in Shattrah and Ogrimmar... totally sucks in terms of gameplay experience...

That might come frome the emphasized "glowing-effects".

I hope they will Patch it to help people with a poor config.

my frames were fine, 30-70 (big range but hardly ever dipped unless i was in Shatt with 60 people around the BG masters)

but my MS has been 500-800 all day...

With WOTLK, they improved the graphics and it is a litle more demanding than before. If you want better framerates, try putting shadows on low or turning them off and it should get better.
