So I just recruited my brother to play WoW through their RAF system, and made an account.

He can log in and play but I have 2 questions

1) He is supposed to gain 3x experience when grouped with me and in the same zone; this is not happening (even standing right next to each other).

2) He didn't have to use a $30 card to make the account, and when you go to the page (I forgot which one) it says '已激活，未认证CDKEY' for 1区/4区. This, by the way, means 'Activated, but CDkey not confirmed'. I know you normally need to get a CD key, but he can already log in and play.

What is the CD key for then?

EDIT: The China RAF doesn't say 'grants 3x xp' like the US one. *********** [censored]******
