I started playing taiwan server 2 weeks back, and now have a 50 pally on ally side. Forgot my server name as today is maintence day. I use Gamecap http://www.27net.net/home.php to play and it gives me below 300 latency most of the time, cost me 200rmb per year. I paid thru Gamecap web for a quarterly payment which cost me 208rmb to play in taiwan server, they link you to taobao to make payment there. And I bought 20000 gold from http://www.5173.com/ for 295rmb, you need to shop 1st as different server price varies. These are just some of the knowlegde I like to share. Hope these are useful tips. If someone is starting a english guild please post it I dont mind transfering servers.
Updated: Just found that you can also buy 3month card from http://www.5173.com/ for 202rmb and above. I paid 208, could have bought a bottle of Coke with 6rmb lolx. They also sell accounts in 5173, but I will advise against that.
