Our Woweu/us versions of the game don't work on netease servers, people on the chinese forums say that right now they can logon to their accounts however see no realms, when i try that it just says that I have a invalid game version so I guess we have to dload the Chinese version of the game.

edit: this is after i dloaded the 3.1.3 (9981) and changed the realmlist

same here, someone tried to login with the chinese client? Perhaps they modified the build in last minute, we should check this.

Alex can you test something for us? copy the whole folder /Data/De (or something saying its german) into the chinese /Data folder. Then change the config.wtf line SET locale "ZH" with the same line of your german config.wtf. Normally your chinese version should use the german language this way. Perhaps this workaround will work...

Alex, i have my original chinese wow, but it's still version 3.05
how can i get the patches (sorry my chinese just sucks)?

i started the chinese version but it stops at the authentication, it doesnt give me the possibility to download a patch Sad

guess i need to go to the official cwow page to download the patches or is there a link?

I think it's because you don't close the mpq
tool before starting the game. If the package is used when you start
the game you'll have an error message.

I changed the
/data/patch-2.mpq
/data/enUS/patch-EnUS
/data/enUS/patch-EnUS-2

Once
you modify them do you think you can try to copy all the files except
folders contained inside the wow root folder of chinese wow inside the
deutsch one?

Also if you can try to copy the files included inside wow/data exept the folders?

The huge /data/patch.mpq file I cannot open. You also didn't change. so u also couldn't open.
Maybe there's the secret inside.

In root I already tried battle.net.dll and scan.dll. No other files in root was changed on 24th July when I updated the chinese client.

Error message immediatly when I want wow.exe after I changed the /data/patch-2.mpq

File was safed and WinMPW closed.
