Hey guys me and my friend have characters on CN10 莫加尔. we both live in beijing, and since 2-3 weeks we get HUGE spikes about 3-4 times a day up to 5000-24000ms, obviously followed by insta drops! we play the english version of the game. I checked other realms on other servers and I noticed that CN2 seems to be immune to these lags. So what is the problem and if there is no, is it possible to transfer the characters to CN2 from CN10?

character transfer is available now. you can transfer your toons from CN10 to CN2.
I had some spikes latetly on CN1, don't know why either. might be do to the transfer options, that servers might have problems.

Can you explain me how to transfer? I've been playing only 3 months now and I couldn't find any topic on this subject!

For each toon, you want to transfer, you need to charge RMB60.- to your battlenet account. Here is the guide on how charging your battlenet account.

IMPORTANT:
stop after point 6, the rest only is for charging time to your account.

If you have more than one wow account in your battlenet acount, choose the one you want to transfer the characters.
Then you will see the following screen, click where the red circle is:



Now you should see all your toons for the wow account you selected before.

click on the toon to start the process of transfer.

unfortunately the service is unavailable at the moment, so I can't post screenshoots.

As I remember it, you need to select the realm you want to transfer your toon to (not the one your character is on at the moment).
Then you need to confirm the whole process.
