Hi there, im studying in shanghai, i will be here for 4 years , i play wow since it came out, had chars with kingslayer and gladiator title, anyways, i tried to play on eu servers, but latency problems didnt let me play, if u have any idea how can i have a nice latency(i mean 100-299) in china while playin on eu servers please letme know.

On the other hand, since i think its impossible to get that latency from here, i decided to play on chinese servers, i have a eu account(cataclysm upgraded) right now, could u explain me hows going on chinese servers? interface and everything is in chinese?

The reason why most play on chinese server here, is the lag to US/EU servers.

Unfortunately Chinese WoW just got WOTLK. Check my signature to see where to play on CN servers and how to play with a foreign client (EU or US) on Chinese servers.
For playing with a EU or US client, I would suggest to use a new WOTLK client and then patching it to the necessary version.

Since you live in Shanghai I would recommend CN1 (region 1), because it is located in Shanghai.

If you do have problems with using a foreign client, post in the technical section of this forum, pls be specific on what is not working, so that we can help.

Meh, I couldn't replace my Leggings of the Northern Lights until level 84, 1 bar until 85.

well you can keep using it to 84/85 if you want

others will be using much earlier
