Guess it be nothin todo with china telecom but you suffer randomly behind the gfw
google 'goagent' and get yourself a free proxy .
it be more helpful than you think it wuould be[speed not be slowed]

me been using skeleton.exe[by am2002] for quite a long time(eversince cTBC).
the goodness be me wont have to restart my client if i wanna logon another account(or log on again after disconnected or wrong email/password) only by renaming enUS.dat to default.dat
