"I love camping" Event - went well! Went to Goldshire first and had half of Stormwind come out and hand us our asses. Then went to the subway and picked them off one by one. Even as the swarming masses poured out, we TRIUMPHED!

Monthly Challenge: Assassins Month - Killing Alliance Bosses as a guild
Events: Dead man walking race
Location: TBA - How to play: Players must make a lvl 1 character of ONE race and class (will be announced) and make their way to a designated location. No heirlooms etc. Can only use what they pick up from kills. The person who gets the FARTHEST (upon death - cause everyone will eventuall die) is the winner.

Location: Secret - How to play: a secret character will be made, name secret, killed and corpse left in a secret location. Every 10min a clue will be announced over chat to bring players closer to the location, First person to find the corpse (egg) is the winner!

Monthly Challenge: "Awesome Screenshot" contest

Events: "Scar Your Orphan for Life" (WoW trivia and DEATH game)
Location: Gurabashi Arena - How to play: All go to STV arean (flagged for pvp) stand in a circle, all roll, the highest must stand in the middle and answer a wow trivia question. If they answer right, they go back into cirle and choose another player to go in the middle. If they answer wrong....DEATH! (have fun with the corpse walk). Please bring you orphan. Might as well start teaching them now.

UPDATE: To view achievement progress, go to the "Guild" tab of the achievement window (usually Y defaut). They are divided into categories and track the ones that take a while to get and will have a "progress bar".

December Gift Giving

With our family growing, we find ourselves mixed with lovers of pvp, pve, leveling achievement building and a variety of other interests. It's often hard to find something we can all participate in.

So for December I want to encourage our guild to participate in the "Not-so-secret Santa" Event.

1. Sign up on the guild calendar
2. Ill draw names randomly to assign you another player
3. Buy an in game gift for them and some times between Dec 20-25 send them that gift with a nice note (I would recommend around 200-300g but in the end its always your choice)

It's ok if some guild members don't celebrate Christmas, but we can still look at this time as an opportunity to make another person smile.

January Guild Lottery

How does it work? For THREE days one page of the guild bank will be cleaned out and filled with plain letters. Guild permissions will be changed for initiate and higher (sorry critters) to take out ONE page per day. You win whatever is on the letter ~ simple

Some examples of prizes: 10gold, 100gold, 500gold, 10,000gold, free pet from guild bank, free wow TCG loot card etc.

Date of the event will be posted later.

Thunderbluff darts shall be my place to Shine! I shall fall gracefully to my death directly on the bullseye. After all, I grew up in Thunderbluff with my friends and I regularly leaping off the cliffs. It's actually how I got my name, when I landed directly in a campfire set out by those damn Grimtotems and burned my horns black. Thankfully, my terrifying visage as I rose from the fire scared them away and attracted the attentions of Deathwing, where I eventually rose through the ranks to become Warmaster, but tha's another story.

I think only Flyingcow fell to his death more gracefully than I, hence the name.
