Some threads here are quite old, let's update a bit:
- where are the expats these days - what servers (I'm interested in PVE)
- do the curse addons work normally? I'm installing the us version
- is it worth it to buy an account or are these mostly scams? Taobao is filled with all sorts of accounts; would be better to not levelup everything again...

2. Yep. All addons work.

3. Accounts are really cheap and you can find level 90 accounts with no gear, no gold on taobao. Pretty sure someone in TCW would be willing to RAF with you though. It goes stupidly fast nowadays.
