What I am about to tell you guys is big, hell of a tip... (not done by me <From Nessai of Nihilum> more like copy and pasted so that u guys can read it)
On leveling an alt, or just preparing your blood elf paladin (some of them you can skip cuz well you aint paladin, but 95% of em can be done for any othe class, if u got the cash for it) for the burning crusade/vanilla
Here's a writeup of different quests you can prefarm, and therefore turn-in asap, and focus your energy on other quests, or grinding humanoids (instead of some beasts et cetera).
Some quests aren't worth doing, such as the Ashenvale quest with the gun, since you'll have to go to Booty Bay, thats a waste of time.

Paladin Level 60 Mount Quest
1. x40 rune cloth x10 sungrass x6 arcanite bars x5 dark runes and 250g
2. Go to eastern plaguelands and kill 15 scourge engineers and destroy 3 scourge meat wagons
3. Go to Tyr's Hand and get holy water from the library
4. Buy the following : 1 arcane catalyst (vendor 45g) , 1 crepuscular powder (vendor 135g) , 1 azerothian diamond , 1 pristine black diamond
5. Go to stratholme dead side and extinguish the chapels eternal flame . Once you put it out you'll have to fight aurius and then the 5 or so paladins that spawn outside.
As reward you get a mount PLUS the appropriate riding skill (150).
