No. not 4.3 Av, its just patching for client and a new repair function. Old one would "repair" and degrade to 4.1.

Ok for those who missed it, to fix the todays problem, download http://www.gamefront.com/files/20976850/data.rar extract them into your wow folder to replace the old files. It should work then.

Actually,this patch is nothing about the content of the game,it's just about a bug existing in repair.exe and laucher.

When you use repair.exe,the program may download content of patch4.1 rather than newest version.

From the update log,you'll find there is nothing changed in the game!

Should we download the patch from the Chinese servers or should we wait for custom files? After using the Chinese patch and having my game switched to Chinese twice, I'm scared to make that mistake again, and download the game for days once more.

You have to patch your client, use the launcher to do that. I'm in the process of uploading the latest data files (finally got it work), just a few mins.

anyone updated your enUS client to 4.3 (as it's now live in US server)?
I did so but found that I'm not able to login into Chinese server anymore using the previous enCNlanucher.

Better don't let it update. Also after the update you gotta redo the fix. Copy the chinese wow.exe again and edit the realmlist.wtf

If this doesn t work tell us what's the error message.

wow ele/enhance are op

I also updated my chinese client to latest,

redid the fix, game client crashs upon login to CN wow via 4.3 US client.

the error is

ERROR #0 (0X85100000) ASSERTION FAILURE!

4.3 is on now

Updated the guide with todays uploaded files. Sorry for those who used it earlier and were attracted by the (latest update), you should have checked the client version in the title instead.

If you used the old guide you have to delete the battle.net.dll that was included in the package and restore the original one (the one you renamed into battle.net.dll.bak). Then put the latest chinese wow.exe and use the latest enCNlauncher archive. And make sure you check the last step of the guide.

And then it will work

In case it doesn't start a repair.exe, let it patch to 4.3 and when it says "available" you can apply the fix and play the game.

The fix is not working for me, so I guess I did something bad.

1. I have fully updated the game to 4.3 15050 (the repair tell me this is the version detected)
2. I have downloaded and replace the WOW.exe in the WOW folder (and renamed the original one into WOW.exe.bak)
3. I have changed the 2 lines in the WOW/DATA/frFR/realmlist
4. I have renamed the Launcher in WOW folder into Launcher.bak

I Use the enCNLaunch to launch the game and I get the loggin screen with on the back left corner version 15079> I do login and then I get the message saying : Impossible to validate the version of game.

I have checked the log connection log in WOW/Logs/connection, and I have that :

Did you rename the original english launcher into Launcher.exe.bak?
